Before I began competing in fitness I was a professional cheerleader for the Washington Redskins and modeled full time. I did print work, catalog work, fashion shows and did I mention I cheered in front of 90,000 fans!?! To be ready for modeling shoots or game days I basically did not eat. Sadly, if I did, I ate junk like Sour Patch Kids, Swedish Fish and Laffy Taffy!
Believe it or not, there were some days that I would only eat just a few Swedish Fish. Still, I always made an exception on Sundays which was my pizza night. But binging on pizza would usually lead to weight gain so if I had a gig coming up I would drop a quick five pounds by going back to my unhealthy diet until the scale hit the number I wanted.
As I look back, I realize that this was probably the most unhealthy thing in the world but if you really want to know how models get so skinny in record time here was my diet:
- Thin sliced chicken (but I’d never eat more then 3oz at a time)
- Spinach
- Popsicle (1 a day)
- Water and/or Diet Tea with lemon in the morning
- Dieters tea (the one with the outline of the sexy lady on the front of the box).
- Sugar-free gum
Don’t ask me what else I would eat. This was it and it worked every time. But beware, this RUINS your metabolism and whenever you lose weight super-fast, I promise you that you’ll put it all back on plus some! Oh, I would also do cardio for 60 minutes a day followed by fifteen minutes of abs. I never had to do this for more than three days. I also stayed away from alcohol. Alcohol can be the biggest weight gainer of them all.
By the way, the ignorance on this page is not a substitute for professional advice. You are solely responsible and liable for your own stupid choices. Haha! I’ve learned from mine. And now I can have the body I want without risking my health. And I’m not skinny-fat either! J.J.’s got some muscle! Anyway, if you’re interested in learning how to live a healthy and fit lifestyle, I recommend you hire for me so I can teach you how to do it the right way. Believe me, the model diet is for dummies!
