Today I jumped on the Fox 5 news morning in DC for their “Get Fit on Fox 5” segment.  I crafted a simple, no-equipment necessary workout.

2015-8-3-Fox5-bIdeally you would want to go through this routine 3-4 times with minimal rest between sets.  Check out the video here: Fox 5 Fitness Routine

1. Squats (lower body and abs)

2. Planks (abs)

3. Walking planks (abs, shoulders & arms)

4. Side planks (obliques)

5. Donkey kicks (glutes & hamstrings)
