J.J.’s Fit Club is a fraternity and sorority of men and women who have vowed to transform their lives to become healthier, fitter and happier. The first rule of “Fit Club” isn’t that you can’t talk about Fit Club. In fact, I want you to celebrate your fitness journey and how you are transforming your physique!
Here are three of my J.J. Fit Club commandments if you want to get in the best shape of your life:
(1) Formulate a plan or hire an expert like myself to create a winning plan for you to achieve fitness success.
(2) Promise that you will not give up in the face of adversity! Your fitness journey will have it’s ups and downs and will not be easy. If it were, everybody you see walking around Walmart would be sporting a six-pack, of abs that is! Haha!
(3) Stick with it for the long haul. Quick fixes are NEVER successful!
Your plan has to be for LIFE! If a coach, trainer or company promises you a quick fix without an after-plan you are setting yourself up for failure. Long term SUCCESS depends on a life-long commitment and lifestyle change. That’s what we do at J. J.’s Fit Club!
