Body transformation


As a master personal trainer and certified nutritionist my specialty is helping my clients transform their physiques.  I am so proud of my clients who I train in person and online through my J.J.’s Online University program.  In this blog post I wanted to show you what can be achieved through hard work and dedication by showing you some transformation pictures.


Ruth began working with me in April.  She ordered J.J.’s Online University and began training with me once or twice a week at Champions Boxing Fitness in Rockville.

As you can see, Ruth has lost inches off her waist and toned her legs and arms.  She’s also lifted her butt and now has defined hamstrings and glutes.

Through proper diet and exercise Ruth has transformed her body into a fit and toned physique.

      I like that line …toned bodies are the best bodies! And yes, she looks amazing. That’s what proper diet and exercise can do for you.

    I’ll be weaning my twins within the next month(ish) and won’t have the calorie burn from that. I’d love to hear your thoughts for me as far as a “proper” diet to help me continue on with my weight loss. I am going to be in my sister in law’s wedding in December so that is my longer short term goal, but I want to change my eating habits for the better and to set a great example for my babies. Any feedback would be great!
