What’s more important: Diet or exercise?

You can live in the gym, but if you don’t eat clean you are wasting your time!

What is the best cardio workout?

The key is to do something to get your heart pumping so you can burn some calories.  There really is no “best” workout.  You can accomplish your goals on a treadmill, an elliptical machine or a bike.  But I love the CyberArc as well as sprinting from time to time!

What motivates you?

Goals are very important whether they’re in training or life.  Motivational quotes inspire me as well as music.  There’s nothing like working out to some hard-charging music!

What are your favorite nutritional supplements?
