Top 10 Physique Ruiners

So you want to be a pro or at least look like a pro?  Then you will not even think about eating any of these foods.  They are hard to digest, they make you fat and are what I call physique ruiners.  I thought in this blog I’d list my top 10 food items that will ruin your physique:

(1) Donuts

(2) Bread/bagels

(3) French Fries

(4) Milk shakes and ice cream

(5) Soda

(6) Fruit juices

(7) Potato Chips

(8) Granola

(9) Protein Bars

(10) Beer

Some of these are obvious while others you may not think as physique ruiners.  Regardless, keep things simple and just stay away if you don’t want to ruin your physique!!!

      Check the ingredients. Many protein bars are loaded with sugar.

    Ok I’m definitely trying to lose my belly and I do avode all of the foods that up above but I was wondering if it’s forever because I like bagels and I get shakes once in a blue moon. Most of the time during the summer. It’s kind of like my summer treat?

    Protein bars? Really? that i am surprised off. didn’t know that was so bad for your diet/workout body you want to achieve
